We make a great deal of effort in planning and organizing a successful program for you and therefore bookings need to be done at least one month in advance. Our booking process is extremely simple for which you won't even have to budge an inch from your computer desk!

All you need to do is download the Finesse Form or the Visionaries Form (as per your choice of program) which are MS Word document files, e-mail them back to us duly filled at info@holidayarttour.com and we will start processing your order with speed and care. You will receive an "order received" acknowledgement from us and later a confirmation of your booking along with a request for advance payment.

Payment for the programmes will need to be made in advance through the easy Money2India facility provided by one of India's leading banks: ICICI Bank
